If they came out stating a 2 million tonne plant within the DFS; id be looking at the 'upfront' crushing capacity to be installed in their 2 mtpa plant; that would give one the best indication of their intent, as a large capacity pre installation would allow for fairly rapid expansion.
Might be a good question to ask Oz if your chatting to the guys next. My bets is on the number 4.
