3 years to dividends is my guess. IMO this is a 4 year hold from now to get full value.
5mtpa by end of 2019 (funded by cash flow and new debt)
10mtpa by middle of 2020 (funded by cash flow)
1 year of paying down debt with first div declared early 2021
A company doesn't have to be debt free to declare a dividend. All companies run some sort of debt to equity ratio. Look at FMG they havent paid off all of their debt but are paying divs now.
