lol... Of the the eight MOUs that have been entered into, Mitsubishi was named as one of them. There was also Shantou Fancy. Cheer up Charlie! That's two for you. I think you just like complaining.
Based on this it's safe to assume that if they could name these off take partners then they would. No? There could be any number of reasons why they have not been able to name these parties. This may have to do with the non-exclusive and open nature of the MOUs. Until things are tied down you may not want to show your hand. Fairly obvious I would have thought.
