in my opinion from watching FMG for the last 5 years FMG would fight this with every resource available to them as they have done in the past.
Their Rail is the biggest bottleneck in their operations currently and they would fight any third parties using it.
There was some publications earlier that explained how it would be transported via truck then into bulk bags for transportation?
