Seems clear that the cap raise was a good idea as the sellers were lined up. In a come raise scenario after such good news this could well have been sold way down forcing a cheaper raise, was a good play. Let the sellers sell, this is a head scratcher it's so cheap given the strong fundamentals. I am hoping for a strong rerate soon once dumb money exits and we get to the next benchmarks for the project.
