The FEED study is expected to be completed by the end of June, but given PGY's typical timing, I'm more realistic to expect it by mid to late July . If the study is positive, the Samsung deal should become binding, which could lead to a nice price increase. They've likely attracted some additional potential partners during their recent trip to Korea, hopefully on similar or better terms. Let's see how things unfold. Hopefully, 1.8 to 2 is the new floor going forward.
