It's range trading Tek, .015 - .019 and there's only wicks at .015 therefore while MACD trends upwards and tagging of .016 again is an entry signal IMO.
Or....... a break of .019 on some volume sees .022 pretty quickly. Even a small trading group could easily wipe .019-.02 and you're off to the races.
