So Samsung has agreed but not binding for $67 million for 20% stake in carbon/ammonia project!
PGY the company has said it intends to sell down up to 60% of the project if so we get $201 million in cash from these big partners !!
where does the Share price go once these companies go binding??
and we are currently $20 million approx market cap
