always great to read the word "premium" in relations to a cap raise by a junior/spec... extremely rare to see that happen...
they could have easily plonked an order of 240m @ 0.2c and waited for it to get filled - which would have been very difficult and time consuming... but being a "related party", they had the confidence to buy ABOVE market price @0.3c... I will take that dilution any day over the market manipulations "related parties" normally indulge in by getting in lower than market price...
well done by getting a premium.. mostly unheard of in oil/gas and in this spec end of the market...
