My sentiments too Acoma. The first thoughts when I read the Ann was 'really?', 'why now?'.
It can only point to an urgent share issue (to a related party) at a much lower price to where the SP may be in the near future (even though it is at a 67% premium to the VWAP). Ie. something is in the pipeline. (Pardon the pun!).
If there has been games (and mild dumping) being played over recent times, then one might assume with this share subscription agreement (of 240mil shares) now executed, the gate is open!!
I'll be looking for an important Ann after the 'less then marketable parcel' share buy back expires this Friday 28th Apr.
It's good to see sellers holding for once. Pretty soon the .2 cents buyer will spill over (and up!) for fear of being left behind!
