I believe we will have to wait for the publication of the final ESS document for public review for further details. This is overdue. It is supposed to be on the minister's desk.
As for NIMBY issues, some things VHM have done to alleviate these issues;
- VHM have purchased freehold title to the areas to be mined. There are details in the prospectus, of how they are accommodating one landowner. - VHM have signed an MOU with the two local councils related to the development.
