The full potentail is still in thier REE project in Angola.
When they start drilling,and the results are what we are believed to be (Same as PEK in early days) then it will move.
Until then its going to hold around the 9 to 10 cent level (IMO) no issue for me i keep chipping away buying when i have the coin to do so.
So in short i really rate this one as a big mover before years end.
