    Plan to have all offtakes under agreement/contract prior to funding.
    If this becomes a deal on Ni and Co.And presuming Fe offtake with Korean coy is go.
    Leaves HPA & MgO.
    Pretty sure they can get rid of the dry stack tailings too.
