ASX has lots of junior mining companies, the MC between $10m to $100m. If you review their annual report, you can find the cash salary of their MD and/or CEO is between $200k to $400k. RH's cash salary $530k is far more than most of them. If you include the option/right, RH's salary is more than $1m, it is too high to be accepted by the most of junior mining companies.
