Well it's 1/240th the size of P1, so I think it will probably be assembled in an industrial park somewhere, possibly even Strategic Metallurgy's site. If not the same place of the mini-plant trial, then somewhere very similar.
A pilot plant wouldn't normally be a stand-alone facility, and I don't see any reason to think this would either. It's too small. So I don't think there's much, if anything, in the way of approvals they need.
