At the end of the day we all want to make money. We all want to be successful and we definitely don't want to lose money. So regarding the comments about "Buffoons".
Speculative trading in micro-cap stocks is very risky and like a new-born baby you have to watch it really closely almost every minute of the day. It can soar and fall leaving you dizzy with good profits or in shock with big losses. That is the nature of the beast...everyone knows it.
When we lose money heavily on a stock and then sell out well it is human nature to go and look for a scape-goat. If a company goes into liquidation, is fraudulent, steals money or has a bad product and the share price falls...well we definitely know who to point the finger at.
But when a company continues to reach milestones, keeping cash in the bank, has no debts, has been established for 8 years but makes certain mgt decisions that some sh's may not agree with. What right have we to speculate and rumour mill and try and talk down the share price?
Everyone must take responsibility for when a share price crashes even when a company is doing well. If we sell and lose money (big money) and that 's the real issue here isn't it, but the company continues to remain in the black and move forward with their plans, who really is to blame?
When that share price crashes and burns and our share balance goes seriously into red, who is really at fault??? The Company isn't there behind a computer screen dropping the price!!!! The pip falls at the whim of the Shareholder.
So, where should fingers be pointed towards when our money suddenly goes down the toilet?
Is it the Company? Is LWP rotten?
Is it the Management who are working hard and trying to listen to the concerns of the SH's? Do Siegfried Konig, David Henson and Sean Corbin just ignore us?
Is it the Shareholders who are angry because they didn't hold their stock? Only you can answer that one.
So...let's consider LWP for a moment...
* This Quarter the so-called "Buffoon" mgt reduced operating costs by 1/2 million dollars.
*They reduced overall staff costs.
*They showed good conservative judgement by placing the Pilot Plant into maintenance mode to save
more money.
*They announced a second, world class proppant product to compete with sand fraccing proppants allowing the Company to have a base entry product for O&G.
*Whether we like it or not they made a decision to move a portion of cash funds, which obviously weren't needed this quarter, and placed them into a managed fund to make extra money for the company.
*They have won a Supreme Court Case over a neighbour who tried to sabotage the share price. This Company will be awarded costs in the tens of thousands. All to go back into our bank account.
* They have established and listed world-wide patents for our unique fly-ash proppants.
* After falling down on a serious company due diligence issue have agreed to dump their own shares and take a serious hair cut. Bringing their sense of loss in line with the majority of other shareholders.
* With all the management overseas, and in the middle of Conferences " this mgt." were still able to get a serious Trade Suspension in Australia lifted to allow the company to trade in just a matter of days.
Can we truly believe that these outcomes are evidence of decisions made by ill-educated men, who shouldn't run this company???
The definition of a Buffoon is a ludicrous, grossly ill-educated, stupid person who is also considered to be a clown.
If people think that LWP or its mgt are truly representative of this definition why in the heck are they still visiting, holding or remaining in the ride with us all???
If it is anger that motivates each post then those people need consider their holdings. Should they remain here when there are hundreds of other speccas in the ASX, NASDAQ etc where money can be made and losses returned back???
If it is disappointment that has forced these people to hold here because they have both sold and held stock then perhaps, like the rest of us may I just suggest waiting to see what happens in the next couple of month rather than continually talk down the value of the stock.
In finishing, again I ask, is LWP bankrupt? Have management skipped town with our funds? Do we have a non-existent "Air Guitar" product? Do we have unqualified people at the top who have no vision or understanding of the task?
I truly think it is time that we all need to let LWP move forward and those who don't believe in it need to move on.
This is just my opinion and free speech allows me to express it.
