I feel like they would know if the metal can be removed or not.
My feeling is that they have dressed up the announcement to sound positive but at its core it's an explanation for delay.
I say kick on with the next larger batch and confirm that the metal contamination problem is sorted.
Happy to wait here, I actually needed time to buy more so kind of a blessing for me.
