On a TA perspective, a long term buy signal will be generated with above 6.2c this month, and should herald the 3rd leg on that long term chart.
Leg 1 moved the stock from 1c to 11.5c, so you can do the math on wave equality, and wave 1 x 1.618, 2.618 and 3.618.(all with starting point of 4.6c). Time will tell, but these targets are 15, 21.5, 32, 42.5.
