    I thought the same thing numbers don’t add up.
    The original announcement did say late 2023 so it seems PNX has only just received them but doesn’t explain why it’s 12 years from 2011?

    Given PNX said the announcement was July 28 when it was actually June 28 it could be just their incompetence, I found an announcement saying the deal went down in 2014.
