Great buying when you consider PNX will end up with 28% of KIN. When KIN completed the deal with GMD it claimed cash and liquid assets (GMD shares) of 80 million based on a $1.61 GMD SP, today GMD is $1.92.

We end up with 28% of that alone not factoring in any of our assets at all or KIN’s other assets, KIN’s sp is flat as well just seems ridiculous that their market cap is perhaps less than their GMD shares.

Need to get merger done for both companies shareholders sake.
