Thought I should check my numbers according to last quarterly KIN had 47 million in cash and 38 million GMD shares currently at $1.92 = 73 million for a total of 120 million liquid assets.
PNX holders end up with 28% of the merged companies = 33.6 million liquid assets. This doesn’t account for any of PNX or KIN’s other assets.
Current market cap’s PNX = 30 million. KIN = 68 million.
