    Hard to tell if it’s just random selling, people taking profits keeping the price at and now under .11 or if it is actually being capped on purpose, you would think fomo on the chance of good results would have positive repercussions on sp but I guess its hard to predict such things. As I write this I’m starting to think capped is more likely.. capped on purpose is in my experience a good sign though
