    Thanks for bringing this one to my attention on that other thread. Ive had a quick look at it and will do some more research over the weekend on it. At first glance i agree with you, could be ok for a small punt, 50% owned by top 20, cash backed SP at present time, low market cap, JV with Saracen, good area. Its in my watchlist now.
