Thanks for the prompt replies. I do not hold PNC, so I am not as clued up on what it does, and what it has published. I am busy right now, so I'll give a more considered approach later. That PNC prefers to avoid utility debt, relative what CCP does, may well be true, but I'll see if I can find confirmation of that. I'll also attempt to understand exactly what "liquidations" means relative to CCP's "collections".
