Ok KJ, I can see that Nomura have a benefit and a strong interest in financing PNC at a better rate than currently exists. Obviously they can increase the profitability of a company they already have an 8% holding in and that in effect returns any favours they might have given as far as rate goes. I can also see that their is an implied potential increased value to perceive by current holders. Nomura have been supporters and benefactors of PNC for some time, have done their due diligence in the past and for certain have done it recently before extending their funding to PNC's whole facility. What I thought is missing is just a clue even about what the rate reduction might be or some projection about how much in projected profits it might mean or anything upon which a holder or future investor can hang his hat on in assessing whether to invest. KJ just a hint might have done it.
