FWIW, the absolute aversion to issuing equity that KJ has and the willingness to get bent over on expensive debt makes me almost certain that KJ's medium term goal is to sell PNC. Show that the business has stabilised and is constrained only by its ability to fund PDP purchasing then find someone with deep pockets willing to pay ~7-8x EV/EBITDA.
I'll continue to watch this saga, but it's not for me right now.
