I think the margin on the MTM is rising from 7.25% to 8.75% this time around.
It strikes me that thsi will again be refinanced in 2 years at a lower rate again, once the PDL market picks up. This refinance seems to be a 2nd step out of 3 step process. The key issue is the volume of PDL. If the banks open the window again then the business will fly....
