As far as I can tell Sizzle is taking all of EUR assets, forming a new company, not providing anything themselves except listing it on the nasdaq and they get to keep 20% of the assets for themselves. “ But it’s ok EUR, I’ll keep 20% of your assets for myself but your 80% will now be worth 7x as much when I list on the Nasdaq, take my word for it “. Seems like a scam to me. I’m not going to waste anymore time reading about EUR unless someone can tell my where I’m wrong above. GLTAHs
