    Imagine going into negotiations for spod price when the market is now at around $4000/t

    the bargaining power is heavily leaning towards producers now.

    Remember even at $2500/t the IRR, NPV etc would be unreal !!!!

    OPEX average around $500/t plus increase in wages so even $600/t @ $2500/t is insane
