They have used US$1,500/MT base case spodumene price.
Even on this ridiculous assumption of such a low price, it has a 1.7 year payback period!!
Based on current prices of US$6,000, the NPV is well over $1 Billion. And payback period about 6 months!!!! Where will you find another mining project with a 6 month payback period??.
US$1,500/MT is a complete joke and management are giving this resource away!!.
US$700/MT cost per MT I can live with - on the high side but that's the current market for labour and materials etc.
