    Correct.

    To me the tone of the "survey" questions was quite biased towards encouraging holders to accept the lowball bid and try to support management "bail and run for the hills with a small cheque" decision.

    We would no doubt be trading in the 40's by now without the bid and probably in the 50's if management had actually tried to create value in the scoping study and promoted the company - like GL1 have and continue to do with their very sound management.

    If ESS management can't do their job and get reasonable value for our assets, I call on them to step aside and let us hire some competent people who can drive the project forward or at least negotiate a decent deal to sell it.
