Well the board will do much better than the average shareholder.
Convert to shares ? Is that at no cost ? (normally there would be a conversion price)
No wonder they want the arrangement to proceed (I would to)
But is it not a conflict of interest or bribery. Is this legal ?
Might as well also offer the board a 1 million bonus for getting the deal over the line.
