Developers are sophisticated enough to plug their own pricing into their models and calculate what they are willing to pay.

I wouldn't read too much into this report under the current circumstances

one wonders if there wasn't a takeover in play whether the same figures would be used?? i mean they did delay the SS from end of Jan to Mid-Feb..
