I agree that management have outed themselves as untrustworthy, I no longer want ESS to take this to development as management have shown their hand, unless the deal is voted down followed by a BOD spill. I will still be voting no at 50 cents as it is a poor deal for us SH.

Any other potential bidders however will likely not be relying on the ESS scoping study for their Li pricing and other financial estimates. Other interested parties are likely to have teams of people better equipped to come up with a reasonable value than myself, so if a better offer doesn’t come it will likely get voted through I think.
