How come EVERYONE can work out this is worth more than 50c a...

How come EVERYONE can work out this is worth more than 50c a share ....even BEFORE the conservative scoping study confirmed it....but the Board felt it was in the best interests of shareholders to accept and recommend an offer of 50c ?????

I know this was discussed many times..but why didn't they recommend rejecting the offer and put the pressure back on Tianqi to put more on the table to start with ??? We ie our Board just dont seem to be in the driving seat in these negotiations..or are choosing to ignore the obvious for some "unknown" reason..

OR maybe a much better offer will come thru and they'll be heroes !!!...I hope so...
