No Timmy!!!. 46% on a smashed down crap price 35 cents is NOT a "compelling premium". Sorry Timmy, but it's not even back to the price we were at in late 2022. Fail!!

And no Timmy, it is not a "great outcome for all stakeholders". 50 cents is an absolute Sh!t outcome for the owners of the company - including yourself!!

Timmy - I know you don't have the skill or the ambition to develop Pioneer Dome, so why don't you just run along and let an adult with some experience manage things from here.

Can you imagine if in 2020 PLS announced a "compelling premium of 50%" above their traded price of 15 cents at the time and recommended a takeover at 23 cents!!. PLS is now trading at almost $5/share and 20 times that so called premium price.

But unlike ESS, PLS management knew what they had and they went to work to exploit their resource and the SP eventually started to reflect the intrinsic value. Unfortunately ESS management have no idea that this resource is worth many multiples of what they say is a "compelling premium". Give me a f*!ng break!!
