"Realisation of assets proposals" , "change of control proposals" - seems the patient PNC is comatose but still alive. MD KJ and the company secretary are quiet it would appear and now correspondence is being issued by the investor relations company appointed sometime around beginning of June. The only good thing I see in this communication is that the financiers have seen enough to allow a little time to see if administration or liquidation can be avoided. They are hoping to retrieve their money by selling off some or all of the PDP assets in a controlled disposal it seems. Of course there is more than just PDP assets available - there are term personal loans as well. They might be quite saleable at the right price. Do not like what I see at all.
