Wow. If KJ pulls off a Sr debt refi, all things considered, would be unbelievable. A better outcome then the TO (pending the terms of the new finance) IMO. At its core, this is a really good business - Those accounting "issues" were genuinely ridiculous, and totally misunderstood. Would suspect any brave souls who bought in the $0.20 range to be rewarded proportionately to the risk they look at the time (ie very, very high!)
