I could not agree more - but if some group intends to start one and cause that risk you may as well get into bed with them. However the cautions I have stated apply IMO having had a few similar ventures in the past. I would add that I should have stated in my last post that the more appropriate type of action to join in the event of one commencing is a "no win - no pay" which means of course that some fees are payable if the case is won. @Tarvold IMO is likely to be correct in that the individual losses will not be sufficient to warrant anybody going to the expense and trouble.
