I agree, all shareholders should be treated the same . It seems to be making a mockery of the whole share trading system . Scale backs mean that you have no idea how many shares you will get and you might end up with a pile of money and a small parcel of shares which would be further diluted by selling fees . For those wanting shares they should get their full allotment and if there is a shortfall they should take them of KJ and pay him the $1.80 for them . That in a perfect world would seem the fair way to do it .
