paying 6.5 cents in the dollar, these must be somewhat stale accounts. They were CBA credit cards so hardly a second tier credit provider when originated.
But Nomura are ok with it and not requiring any other security other than the PDP's themselves. Sounds good to me...
lets see what the refinance brings. I think i guessed a 500bp reduction, in hindsight probably a bit aggressive, will step that back to 350 basis points..
