there is nothing really concrete in this announcement. In my opinion some how they want to bring the price down to do the CR so that someone can acquire lot of shares cheaply.
Or they want to bring the price down for a potential take over.
In either way, it is gonna benefit me. So HOLD HOLD HOLD & BUY BUY BUY when it is cheap.
