    and I see the pipeline cost is C$19M ... prior estimate at FDP was C$15M and early estimate C$9M (Sep'18).

    That FDP had the following CapEx

    That looks like C$45M - C$55M to get 1st pad up & going at anything resembling realistic production rates.

    Going to take a lot more than talk to revive this one.
