This is all one large seller through Citibank this week, is it someone like a regal, I can't think of any other insto player left on the register that would use Citi.

we have a mkt cap of $12 million..for that we get $5 million cash + wells we spent $27 million on + an option if Africa goes well + rights to 60,000 acres of moose pasture. So effectively we are trading at shell, the only reason you would buy this is that you think Whiddon/Stein have another asset to backdoor into CE1.........
