Yes, its all in the hands of the UK govt and NSTA now. I suspect that any further rises in Oil and Natural Gas prices may provoke the regulator to awards the leases ASAP to prove they are ahead of the curve.
Meanwhile, I just wish the seller/s would just get on with it and move on rather trying to finesse the price.....
