I think the fact that Viaro are bidding for the infrastructure should put to rest any doubt that they are keen to develop up the HHR assets. Clearly, Viaro (Rock Rose) has grander designs in the Southern North Sea. IF HHR get some extra leases, I imagine RR would probably just gobble up HHR in a heart beat.....
