Poor Ross has an infatuation with MSB and so do the holders here sweating. Everybody knows that there is currently no successful treatment for GVHD and MSB now has prolonged data with large patient results in hand as part of the next BLA submission.
Last time with 9 to 1 approval was a shock denial for all in medicine when the FDA denied MSB approval.
That isn't likely again with this new data confirming the positive results, and over a longer time.
How MSB being approved will affect CYP, only time will tell.
There can only be 1 name attributed to inventing the wheel is all that I can say.
It is best to invest in what is close rather than invest hoping that another should fail and then hope that years later you achieve what they couldn't. .
