Imo...the uptake of Pd will likely be a stepped process ...slow to start ..Spain and PR are the test cases that will project futher territorial uptake . Verification of the benefits of Pd is the key... as they become more evident then uptake could increase exponentially ...the wild card is J&J and what level of engagement we will have....imo glta
