Here are 2 "conjecture scenarios" further to our convo above. One at 6000 oz p.mth and AISC at 1950, and the other at 6500 oz p.mth and AISC at 1850.

I've updated my hedge and POG numbers to match your model. Obviously when I say profit, its profit before interest expense. Either of these cases we can comfortably service a ~3yr 90M P&I loan, we just need a bit of time and space to get to that 6000-6500 oz p.mth position.
