definitely need to see:
- scoping study on time, preferably earlier than "end of next month"
- extended JV to remove the 100m restriction very soon
- an actual deal inked for the forward payments of concentrate purchase to fund the mine build
- the arbitration decision
I feel that all of those are needed before the wider market sees El Pilar / NS and Cuba as a serious opportunity
